Every Can Counts at the Intuit Dome

Every Can Counts U.S. is proud to partner with Open Water and the Intuit Dome in L.A. to launch a first-of-its-kind recycling cage at Intuit Dome’s Plaza. The cage features more than 1,200 empty Open Water aluminum beverage containers, highlighting the value of recycling used beverage cans at away-from-home events.

Why This Partnership Matters

Intuit Dome, was designed and built to exceed the most stringent environmental standards and has taken a comprehensive approach to sustainability. The arena is committed to reducing the impact of food and beverage services by preventing food and food packaging waste. Its comprehensive waste reduction program aims to divert at least 90% of material away from landfills. By naming aluminum bottled water company Open Water the official water of the L.A. Clippers, the arena can eliminate the need for single-use plastic bottles.

Open Water aluminum bottled water is available to purchase at all Frictionless Markets for Clippers home games, concerts, and live events, as well as in the arena’s premium spaces.

Be Part of the Winning Streak

When you head to the Intuit Dome to see the Clippers take the floor, play your part:
1. Grab an Open Water: Enjoy your hydration in a 100% aluminum bottle.
2. Aim for the Bin: When you’re finished, find a recycling station and place it in the bin.
3. Score for the Environment: By recycling your aluminum bottle, you ensure it stays in the loop and out of the landfill.
