The campaign focused on creating and promoting a “Green Corner” in shopping centers and in this way people could bring from home both drink cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles and waste electrical and electronic equipment.
During the campaign information materials informed people about the recycling centre and provided information on how to use the machine which collects waste for recycling.
Feedback on the campaign has been very positive, achieving the following results:
– 1.06 tonnes of drink cans (over 68,000 cans)
– 17,700 flyers distributed in all stores
– 245 key rings for supermarket trolleys as give away gift
– 9.5 tonnes PET
– 29.32 tonnes of waste electrical items
The campaign was very popular with customers and got some great feedback:
